The Certified Trainer  Training is a Three (3) Day Training

Day 1 - Prepares participants to use the tools in direct practice. The training provides an overview of Casey Life Skills and supplements, how to build a Learning Plan, and group data collection.

Day 2 -  Prepares participants to effectively use the aggregate data and reports function on the Casey website and describe the basic content of each report. In addition, learners will understand the importance of coaching others in the use of Life Skills tools and understand how to implement and maintain the Casey Life Skills tools most effectively in an organization.

 Day 3 - participants are expected to meet all criteria in the Certified Users training and in addition be able to demonstrate effective communication skills when teaching sections of the Casey Life Skills training curriculum. They must demonstrate relevant technology to facilitate learning and be able to demonstrate an understanding of basic learning principles relevant to facilitating motivation and learning of the Casey Life Skills tools. This is three-day training. Upon successful completion participants will receive a 2-year certification. With this certification you will be able train others within your organization (only).
